1. Import camp register (CSV)

Upload a CSV exported from your registration system (evboo or any other). You'll map columns to fields on the next screen before anything is written. Existing people are updated; new people are created. Camper ID and Name are mandatory.

2. Import reference photos (ZIP)

Upload a ZIP of photos where each filename is either the Camper ID or the person name. The system matches by filename stem and copies matched photos into reference_people/. Unmatched photos are flagged for manual assignment.
